1. Why don’t you send ground coffee?
We want it to be fresh when you taste it, not when we send it.
2. What is the best grind?
Grind it just before you brew it.
Burr grinders produce the most even grind
For Drip brewers, use a medium grind
Start with 2 scoops/8oz. water, then vary it to taste.
3. How do you score?
Each coffee is specifically selected for your sensual enjoyment. There is a base Score of 50 for uniformity, lack of defects, clean cup, and cupper’s points. We will not sell a coffee scoring below 80 points, unless we think it’s funny.
4. Can you roast something special for my restaurant?
